台中市24歲林姓男子，昨日傍晚近六時許騎BMWs1000RR重機，單獨行駛，由西向東行駛78
東西向快速道路，錯過最後一個離開快速道路的古坑系統交流道，硬著頭皮繼續向前行駛
，騎進國道三號南下路段，想在下一個交流道離開，不料才騎進國道沒多久，就在271.1
公里處自撞外側護欄，由於未穿防摔衣靴，造成身上多處挫傷流血。
救護車趕至後，就近將他送往嘉義大林慈濟醫院救護，院方初步檢查發現林男幸運的僅為
皮肉傷，為避免有其他內傷，仍留院作進一步仔細檢查。
林男的意識清楚，向警方供稱，他是台中人，不熟路況，行駛東西向快速道路，原準備在
斗六、古坑交流道下，沒想到騎過頭，繼續前行才發現只能騎上國道。
國道警察第八隊古坑分隊分隊長方光立說，將以機車誤闖國道對林男開罰三千至六千元。
